Hi everyone,
As many of you already know, I’ve spent over 25 years involved in baseball, either as a player or coach. For the five years leading up to the pandemic, I worked with the Chicago White Sox organization as a hitting, fielding, and pitching instructor, primarily focusing on pre-draft players in the local area.
Now, I’ve developed a more formal, structured coaching program, offering a professional coach’s perspective. My approach focuses on the key elements of the game: movements, mechanics, and — most importantly — timing.

Action plans
In addition to providing detailed baseball training for hitting, fielding, and pitching, I aim to help young, dedicated athletes in the Naperville Park District, Chicago, and Aurora area develop the mental aspects of the game. This includes strengthening their confidence, mindset, and consistency in their process while competing.
My plan is to work with athletes throughout the season, offering both group and one-on-one sessions. The goal is to help them get stronger, faster, and better prepared — whether for a specific game, a tournament, or the entire season.

Coach Cinz was brought on board for our winter training this year for both our 17/18U and 14U travel teams, specifically for pitching instruction. Kyle came highly recommended. He’s been very effective with our upperclassmen team and outstanding with our 14U players’ pitching development. Coach Cinz focuses on the solid fundamentals of pitching mechanics and replicating the absolutes for efficient pitching. Our 17/18U, having received pitching instruction in the past, have improved exponentially since working with Coach Cinz. Our 14U players are receiving their first round of professional instruction from him. We are impressed with their development over the last 4 months. Whether you are an experienced pitcher or receiving your first instruction, Coach Cinz is very effective, patient, knowledgeable, and can still throw bullets himself. I would highly recommend Coach Cinz for any level of private pitching instruction.
I’m thankful we found Coach Cinz for some batting practice and 1:1 coaching. He is patient with my 9yo son and understood right away that my son learns and listens differently than probably most of his clients. He does a thorough job explaining to the parent what is needed as well. My son’s OBP and BA is increasing and we will use him again. His scheduling staff communicates and responds right away.
