Hey everybody, as many of you already know, I have spent the last 25+ years playing or coaching baseball.
The last 5 years before Covid, I've worked as a hitting, fielding, and pitching instructor with the Chicago White Sox organization. working with pre draft kids in the local area.
I have organized a more formal, coordinated coaching program from a professional coach's point of view, with a focus on movements, mechanics & most importantly timing.

In addition to baseball training with a detail instruction plan for hitting, fielding & pitching sessions, we want to help young serious athletes in both the Naperville Park District, Chicago, Aurora with the mental aspects of the game. Which would help them with their confidence, mindset & process consistency while competing.
Our plan is to work with them throughout the season in regular sessions ( group sessions or 1 on 1) to get stronger, faster and teach them how to prepare for a game, tournament, or the season as a whole.
